Privacy notice
Updated October 4, 2026 · Version 2026-10-04.2
Gulf Coast Water Check uses ClientBridge360 to operate this website and manage inquiries. ClientBridge360 is the operating name used for this service. Contact us at yungterror66@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, request details, and the preferences you choose. Home project preferences can include estimated home value and window, roof, or door details. Vehicle preferences can include make, model, budget range, trade-in preference, and purchase timeline. Water test requests can include what concerns you about your water, your water source, and when you would like a test. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, or credit applications.
Gulf Coast Water Check requests also ask whether you own or rent the home. In-home water tests are arranged with homeowners: requests for rented homes are not saved, shared, or sent to anyone. The in-home test is a screening of your tap water, not a certified laboratory report.
Contact and referral permission
We use your request to arrange your water test and manage the inquiry. The single required checkbox authorizes ClientBridge360, operating Gulf Coast Water Check, to call and text you at the number you provided about your request and about its products, services and offers, including marketing calls and texts sent using automated technology and calls that use an artificial or prerecorded voice, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calls or texts on any call or by email. This permission to text and to use automated or prerecorded calls is given to Gulf Coast Water Check only: we do not sell or share it, or your text opt-in, with anyone else for their own marketing.
Our form is also a referral request. By selecting the checkbox, you agree that we may sell or share your contact and request details with independent water treatment providers offering the services you requested, and that those providers may contact you about your request through live, manually dialed calls or email. We may receive payment for that referral. Agreement is required to submit the online request, but it is not a condition of buying any goods or services; you do not have to buy anything. Any additional permission a provider needs to text you or use automated calls must be obtained by that provider separately. Previous requests retain the choices and disclosure version recorded when they were submitted.
We keep the disclosure text and version, your checkbox choice, submitted phone number, server receipt time, form address without its query string, and browser user-agent information as evidence of the request. These records document what was submitted; they are not independent verification of the submitter’s identity or ownership of a phone number.
Service providers
Our hosting, storage, security, and email service providers process information needed to operate the service. We use Resend for notification email when configured. Authorized administrators can access requests. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect against fraud or security threats.
Website measurement
We record page visits, browser-session identifiers, referral categories, campaign tags, device/browser categories, and approximate city, region, and country. The session count is not a count of verified people. Location is estimated locally from the network address. Traffic reports do not store raw IP addresses or your contact information. Traffic records are retained for 180 days. A daily hashed network identifier is also used to limit form abuse. Local traffic measurement honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Administration on a different domain does not automatically exclude your visits here.
Where Google Analytics or Google Ads is configured, we request your separate permission before loading those tags. Google may then process page visits, advertising interactions, cookies, and completed requests. We do not include your name, phone, email, or project notes in measurement events. You can change the choice using “Privacy choices” on this page. Blocking measurement does not prevent a request from being submitted. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Retention and security
Lead, inquiry, and consent records are currently retained until removed by an authorized administrator or handled in response to a privacy request; there is no automatic lead-retention deadline configured. We may retain limited records needed for legal obligations, dispute resolution, and do-not-contact enforcement. Removing a dashboard record does not recall emails already delivered or copies already provided to an independent recipient. Server backups normally age out after approximately 14 days. We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Requests, corrections, and opting out
Email yungterror66@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, to withdraw sharing permission, or to stop contact. Include the website and the phone number or email used in your request, but do not send identity documents unless needed through an agreed secure process. You can also tell the person contacting you to stop. We do not require use of email as the only way to revoke contact permission. If you have received a text, you may reply STOP. Requests must also be communicated to independent recipients that have already received your information.
Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or deleting information. The service is intended for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new date. An updated notice does not retroactively expand an earlier contact permission.
